ABOUT THE TEACHER
PROFESSIONAL BIO
Olivia Kellett is an operatic soprano and voice teacher in the Orange County area. During high school, she was a part of the Orange County School of the Arts’ Classical Voice conservatory and subsequently obtained her Bachelors of Music in vocal performance at Chapman University. She has also received training from Santa Monica College Opera, the William Lewis School of Opera, and Festival de Opera San Luis Potosi. Her previous roles include Donna Anna in Don Giovanni, Papagena in The Magic Flute, Lady Billows in Albert Herring, and Josephine in HMS Pinafore. She is also the Soprano section leader in the Anaheim First Presbyterian Church’s choir and has acted as soprano soloist in Handel’s Messiah, Haydn’s Creation, and the Rutter Requiem. During the day, she is a music teacher at the Villa Park and Serrano elementary schools. She is a passionate music teacher who believes that a solid technique will enable you to sing any kind of music your heart desires.
